Mid-Sonic

Robust and  powerful, the Mid Sonic head has an output range of 40,000 pounds to 56,000 pound of force.  Ideal for deeper applications and depths to 200 feet or more. Drills larger diameter pipe from 4 inches to 12 inches.  The Mid-Sonic head has been adapted to medium sized crawlers and larger truck mounts.

Designed around the original CS head eccentrics, the Mid-Sonic is a simpler construction and design, with an open system for access. The two speed rotary motor provides options for variable lithologic conditions.  Used for deep coring, setting micro-piles, installing monitoring devices, tie-backs and more.

The Mid-Sonic runs off a minimum horse power of 240, and delivers the power to drill big and deep.
