Sonic Sampling and Supply provides a comprehensive training program that insures safe and efficient rig operation. Any sonic rig purchase includes a multi-day on-site field training course at the customer’s facility or a site selected by the customer. Alternatively, training may be held at our location in the U.S. or at SonicSampDrill’s manufacturing facility in The Netherlands.
Technical AssistanceWe’re happy to provide assistance to our customers with questions regarding down-hole challenges, tool functions and techniques, and sales and marketing approaches. The Licensed Contractor section provides resources and technical information to all customers.
Maintenance and RepairSonic Sampling and Supply’s rigs and equipment are built by top-of-the-line manufacturers that stand behind their products. It is our goal to stock any key wear items for quick turn-around to customers in the field. Detailed maintenance and repair manuals are always available on-line, and our staff is happy to assist in any way.
